Regulation amending and supplementing the Regulation No. 7 of 19.12.2013 on the procedure and method of calculation of the amount for landfill waste disposal (security deposits).

This Regulation amends and supplements certain provisions part of the Regulation No. 7 of 19.12.2013 on the procedure and method of calculation of the amount for landfill waste disposal (security deposits), originally published in the Gazette 111/2013 and already amended in the Gazette 26/2020.
Changes are regarding added paragraph 5 in article 1; added items to article 14; amendments in articles 25, 26 and 27; cancelled article 28; also a new Chapter (6a) is now created (calculation of the performance of objectives that are set up by legislation). The morphological analysis under art. 28a, paragraph 1 shall be carried out by the end of 2022.
