Abstract
According to the relevant laws and regulations of China and the protocol between the General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China and the Ministry of Agriculture, Land Reform and Rural Development of the Republic of South Africa on the phytosanitary requirements for South African citrus exported to China, the import of South African fresh citrus meeting the relevant requirements is allowed from the date of this announcement.
The inspection and quarantine requirements for imported citrus from South Africa, including those for food safety, labelling/packaging, certification are provided in the Annex.
