Code of Practice for the Administration of Examination and Approval of Forest Land Used in Construction Projects.

This Code of Practice is developed to strengthen the examination and approval management of forest land used in construction projects, and standardize supervision thereof.
The Code of Practice provides for the conditions, procedures, requirements to be satisfied by the administration and supervision of examination and approval. The competent forestry and grassland authorities of the people's governments at all levels shall strictly implement the provisions on the management of the quota of forest land occupied by construction projects, and shall not exceed the annual quota of forest land occupied by each province.
