Detailed rules for application and distribution of sugar import tariff quota in 2022.

These Detailed Rules are enacted in accordance with the Interim Measures for the Administration of Import Tariff Quotas of Agricultural Products.
The Rules make provisions for: the annual quantities of the sugar subject to the administration of import tariff quotas permitted to enter the market and the categories thereof; application conditions; application materials; allocation principles; etc.
