Decree on prescribing medicinal products in the provision of veterinary care.

This Decree, which is composed of 11 articles and 12 Annexes, lays down particulars of the prescription and the application, their period of validity, restrictions on the type and quantity of medicinal products for the treatment of animals. Furthermore the Decree provides requirements for the content and classification of the regulation for medicated feedingstuffs. Medicated feedingstuffs are prescribed on a prescription prepared in accordance with the model of the regulation for medicated feed which is published by the Institute for State Control of Veterinary Biopreparations and Medicines.
