Abstract
The purpose of the present Ordinance is to regulate competences of authorities in view of the enforcement of the Chemicals Act in the version of 2 July 2008 (BGBl. I p. 1147). The text consists of 2 articles and 1 Annex listing in details the competent offices and bodies.
