Abstract
The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to concession royalties and extraction charges in the mining industry. The text consists of 24 articles divided into 3 Parts as follows: Provisions on levying procedures and determination of market value (I); Provisions on individual minerals (II); Penalties, entry into force (III).
