Abstract
The present Ordinance implements, inter alia, the Energy Industry Act of 7 July 2005 (BGBl. 1970). In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the designation of authorities responsible for the correct enforcement of the afore-mentioned Act in the Free State Bayern. The text consists of 15 articles.
