Abstract
These Regulations lay down measures to monitor the conditions for the use of food additives ion fishery products They contain rules regarding the use of additives such as colours and sweeteners in fish products. Chapter 3 concerns food additives others than colours and sweeteners preservatives, antioxidants, polyphospates as cryoprotectants, and other specified additives.
