Abstract
A Proclamation relative to the jurisdiction of Ethiopia and control over the territorial waters, maritime domain and defence areas. The Ministry of Defence shall have general and exclusive supervision over the areas mentioned. The Ministry shall also be charged with the direction of the Coast Guard. "Territorial waters" and "maritime domain" are defined in mercantile marine provisions attached.
