Marine Spaces (Foreign Fishing Vessels) (Amendment) Regulations (L.N. No. 63 of 2010).

These Regulations amend the Marine Spaces (Foreign Fishing Vessels) Regulations in Schedule 2 in relation with fees for fishing licences for local and foreign vessels to take fish within or outside Fiji Fisheries Water. They also stipulate that pending prosecution for offences shall not be affected by the amendments.
