Abstract
The President of Fiji assigns to the Attorney-General and Minister for Justice, Anti-corruption, Public Enterprises, Communications, Civil Aviation, Tourism, Industry and Trade responsibilities under legislation specified in the Schedule, including: the Crop Liens Act, the Land Transfer Act, the Unit Titles Act, the Co-operatives Act the Coconut Industry Development Decree and the Consumer Council of Fiji Act.
