Resolution No. 333 of 2023 of Georgian Government on Rules for Electronic Management System of Refrigerant Agents

This Resolution approves the rules for the electronic management system of refrigerant agents. It consists of nine articles: Purpose (1); Scope of regulation (2); Definitions (3); Administration of the electronic system of refrigerant agents (4); Obligations on the holder of the permit to import, export, re-export and transit the substances contemplated under the 1987 Montreal Protocol on Substances That Deplete the Ozone Layer (5); Registration in the electronic system (6); Obligations related to the electronic log of devices and services working on the substances contemplated under the 1987 Montreal Protocol on Substances That Deplete the Ozone Layer (7); General requirements for administering the electronic system (8); and Liability for violating these rules (9).
