Abstract
This Regulation provides for the establishment of the National Food Agency.
The National Food Agency has the task of implementinggovernment duties in the food sector. The functions of the National Food Agency include: a. coordination, formulation, and policy determination of food supply and price stabilization, food security and nutrition, diversification of food consumption, and food safety; b. implementation of technical guidance and supervision of implementation of affairs in the food sector; c. food information system development; etc.
Types of food that are the duties and functions of the National Food Agency include: rice, corn; soya bean, sugar consumption, onion, poultry eggs, ruminant meat, poultry and chili.
