Abstract
This amendment of the Land Law 1987, establishes that the owner of a dwelling may, under specified conditions and subject to specified provisions, install on the roof of his dwelling a boiler for the heating of water by the sun (section 59A). Section 59B establishes that the owner of a dwelling may be disconnected from the central water or room heating system under specified conditions.

The enactment of section 59B of the Land Law, 1959, enters into force three months after the date of publication of this law.
