Abstract
This regulation imposes a fee on the owners of vessels, according to the size and nature of the vessel, on terminals (apparatus used for mooring vessels for the transfer of oil between coastal installations and vesels). Fees collected will be paid into the Fund for the Prevention of Sea Water Pollution.
