EU Fertilising Products (Implementing) Regulations, 2021.(3225L.N. 389 of 2021).

These regulations implement the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2019/1009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 5June 2019 laying down rules on the making available on the market of EU fertilising products and amending Regulations (EC) No 1069/2009and (EC) No 1107/2009 and repealing Regulation (EC) No 2003/2003. The regulations sets their own commencement dates and identifies the notifying authority responsible for setting up and carrying out the necessary procedures for the assessment and notification of conformity assessment bodies and the monitoring of notified bodies. It also sets up language requirements and the method for designatin conformity assessment bodies.
