Examination of Varieties of Vegetable Species (Amendment)Regulations, 2021. (L.N. 403 of 2021).

These regulations are be read and construed as one with the Examination of Varieties of Vegetable Species Regulations, the Schedule I of which they substitute with a new schedule concerning the list of genera and species for which CPVO guidelines apply. The scope of these regulations is to transpose the European legislation regarding the protocols for the examination of certain varieties of agricultural plant species and vegetable species, and regarding certain botanical names of plants.
