Abstract
As an implementation of the Forest Act 2049 and of the Forest Regulation 2051, the Directives make additional provision concerning the following matters: (a) registration and recognition of community forests; (b) establishment of User Groups and handing over of community forests; (c) operational plans; (d) establishment of industries; (e) hammer mark; (f) transportation of forest products; (g) termination of a community forest.
