Food (Third Amendment) Act, 1992.

Definitions of "foodstuffs", contaminated foodstuffs" and "sub-standard foodstuffs" are given in this Act (sect. 2). No person shall produce, sell or distribute, export or import contaminated or sub-standard foodstuffs or keep such foodstuffs for any of these purposes. Other provisions are amended so as to prohibit the production, sale, distribution, etc. of "sub-standard foodstuffs".
