Abstract
This Act establishes provisions concerning the commercial quality of agricultural products and foodstuffs, and the organization and operation principles of the applicable to the inspection on trade in agricultural products and foodstuffs. The Act consists of seven Sections: General provisions (sect. 1); Commercial quality (sect. 2); Inspection of Trade Commercial of Agricultural Products and Foodstuffs (sect. 3); Control activities (sect. 4); Penal provision (sect. 5); Changes in valid provisions (sect. 6); Transitional and final provisions (sect. 7).
