Abstract
This Regulation amends several parts of the Regulation on the conditions and procedure of leasing and the use of state-owned agricultural land (originally published in the Official Gazette 16/2017 and amended in Gazettes 111/2017, 18/2019, 45/2019, 3/2020, 25/2020 and 133/2020).
Changes are related to the contents of articles 2, 9, 22, 25, 26, 27, 28 and 31; also Annex 1 is here replaced.
