Land Tribunal (Amendment) Act No. 9 of 2018.

This Act repeals the section related to the establishment and functioning of the Land Tribunal and adds a new Section 3 on the establishment and composition of the Land Tribunal, appointment of lay assessors by the President, terms and conditions of the Chairman, Deputy Chairman, other members of the Tribunal and lay assessors, and decisions of the Tribunal. Moreover, this Act amends Section 5 on the jurisdiction of the Land Tribunal related to the Land Adjudication Act and Registration of Titles to Land Act.
