Registration of Titles to Land (Amendment) Act No. 7 of 2018.

This Act makes several amendments in the Principal Act regarding the duties and powers of the Senior Assistant Registrars. Moreover, the procedures for registration are amended in terms of rectification of the Register, registration fees, and application for registration made during the suspension period. This Act deletes the words Certificate of Title wherever they occur, and substitutes the words Land Certificate . Finally, this Act adds "References to Real Property Ordinance, the Real Property Ordinance Registry or the Registrar of Deeds or the Real Property Act" as Section 85.
