Agreement amending the Annexes of the Treaty on Pacific Coast Albacore Tuna Vessels and Port Privileges done at Washington on May 26, 1981.

This Agreement amends the Treaty between the Government of Canada and the Government of the United States of America on Pacific Coast Albacore Tuna Vessels and Port Privileges in Annexes A and C. The Annexes set out obligations of the Parties in respect of management and conservation of albacore tuna stock, provide for consultations and cooperation between the Parties and provide principles for allocation of catch quotas in case that an international organization adopts measures for the international management of North Pacific Albacore.
