Utilities Regulatory Authority (Amendment) Act (No. 18 of 2010).

This Act amends the Utilities Regulatory Authority Act 2007 by: repealing and substituting section 3 which now reads: "This Act applies to a regulated service to the extent that is not inconsistent with a provision in any concession agreement under the Electricity Supply Act [CAP 65] existing on or before the commencement of this Act or a provision of any other Act."; inserting subsection 13(1) concerning powers of the Authority; inserting a section 29A on the Investment Support Fund. It also makes some minor and consequential amendments.
