Abstract
This Decree-Law is composed of four articles and one annex. It approves the Statute of the Ministry of Fisheries. The annexed Statute, composed of five chapters divided in 33 articles, provides the Ministry’s functions and internal structure. The Ministry of Fisheries is the government body responsible for drawing up, implementing, supervising and controlling the management and planning policy for aquatic biological resources and fishing and aquaculture activities in Angola.
