Styrian Plant Protection Products Law 2012.

The aim of the present Law is the protection of human life and health, as well as of the environment against harmful effects resulting from the processing, handling and putting into circulation of certain hazardous products. To achieve such a purpose, producers must ensure compliance with the provisions of the present Law. The text consists of 24 articles divided into 5 Parts as follows: General provisions (1); General requirements for the use and limitation of use (2); Training and further development, information and awareness raising, plan of action (3); Monitoring and duty to report (4); Final and transitional provisions (5).
