Abstract
These Regulations, made under the Veterinary Practice Act 2003 and consisting of 9 sections, regulate all the activities related to the veterinary sector and specify the corresponding laws and recognition of registration as a veterinary specialist within the territory.
The Act provides for: registration of veterinary surgeons; principles of veterinary practice; investigations and proceedings; appeals; etc.
