Abstract
These Regulations, consisting of 10 sections and completed by one Schedule, made under the Veterinary Practice Act 2003, regulate all the activities related to the veterinary sector and specify the corresponding laws and recognition of registration as a veterinary specialist within the territory of South Australia.
The Act provides for: registration of veterinary surgeons; principles of veterinary practice; investigations and proceedings; appeals; etc.
