Abstract
This Decree aims at improving irrigation efficiency to increase production in the fields of crop cultivation, animal breeding, and cotton production as well as meeting the water demand of the population through construction of water reservoirs, aqueducts, and other waterworks operation. Therefore, this Decree states that large-scale projects shall be put into effect to improve water supply by drilling new 150 artesian wells in 136 settlements in 36 cities and regions. The list of planned artesian wells and the districts in which wells will be drilled is attached to this Decree.
