Abstract
This Ordinance sets out procedures and requirements for planting new vines, and for the replanting, engraftment and grubbing up of existing vines of wine grape varieties intended for the production of wine and wine products.
The Ordinance provides for the acquisition of new vine planting rights and replanting rights granted by the Executive Agency on Vine and Wine.
The Ordinance further provides for the establishment of the National Reserve of Planting Rights.
