Decree No. 10.357 approving the Regulation of the State Secretariat for Social Development (SEDS).

This Decree approves the Regulation of the State Secretariat for Social Development (SEDS). SEDS is responsible for: I – the formulation and execution of State public policies for: a) women; b) people with disabilities; c) promotion of racial equality; d) social and citizenship assistance; e) support for children, adolescents and young people; and f) the defense of sexual diversity; II – carry out activities to protect human rights; and III – articulation with the Union, other states, municipalities and society to establish guidelines and carry out actions and programmes in the areas of its competence.
