Abstract
This Decree approves the Regulation of the Goiana Agency for Technical Assistance, Rural Extension and Agricultural Research (EMATER). EMATER is responsible for implementing the State policy on technical assistance, rural extension and agricultural research, in addition to activities aimed at sustainable rural development, with priority assistance to family farming, in accordance with Federal Law No. 11.326 of 24 July 2006.
