This Decree approves the administrative demarcation of Aldeia Velha indigenous land, located in the municipality of Porto Seguro, in the State of Bahia. It specifies this land administrative demarcation, promoted by the National Foundation for Indigenous Peoples (FUNAI), which is destined for permanent possession by the Pataxó indigenous group, with an area of 1.997 hectares, 55,26 ares and a perimeter of twenty-five thousand three hundred and fifty-six metres and twenty-eight centimetres, as described in the text.
