This Decree approves the administrative demarcation of Cacique Fontoura indigenous land, located in the Municipality of Luciara and São Félix do Araguaia, in the State of Mato Grosso. It specifies administrative demarcation of these indigenous land, promoted by the National Foundation for Indigenous Peoples (FUNAI), which is destined for permanent possession by the Karajá indigenous group, with an area of 32.304 hectares, 72 ares and 26 centimetres and a perimeter of one hundred and sixteen thousand eight hundred and seventy-six metres and seventy-four centimetres, as described in the text.
