Decree No. 38.774 establishing the Register for the Establishment of Rural Producer.

This Decree, The Register of Establishment of Rural Producer may be instituted using the ICMS Taxpayers Registry (CCICMS). A Rural Producer Establishment is an area located in the rural area of the municipality used by a natural or legal person for the exploitation of the following activities: I - agriculture; II - livestock; III - extraction and exploitation of plants and animals; IV - exploitation of livestock activities, such as beekeeping, poultry, rabbits, swine, sericulture, fish farming and other animal crops; V - processing of products resulting from rural activity, without altering the natural composition and characteristics, made by the farmer or breeder, with equipment usually used in rural activities, using exclusively raw material produced in the rural area; VI - cultivation of forests destined to the logging for commercialization, consumption or industrialization; VII - sale of income herd, breeding stock or other.
