Law No. 14.802 creating the Union's Multi-Year Plan for the period 2024-2027.

This Law establishes the Union's Multi-Year Plan for the period from 2024 to 2027 (PPA 2024-2027) in compliance with the provisions of art. 165 of the Constitution. The priorities of the federal public administration, including those arising from the social participation process in the preparation of the PPA 2024-2027, are: I - combating hunger and reducing inequalities; II - basic education; III - health: primary care and specialized care; IV - Growth Acceleration Programme (New PAC); V - industrialization, work, employment and income; and VI - combating deforestation and tackling the climate emergency. In addition, the budget guidelines laws may include new priorities for the years 2025, 2026 and 2027, in accordance with art. 165 of the Constitution. The cross-cutting agendas of the PPA 2024-2027 focus on: I - children and adolescents; II - women; III - racial equality; IV - indigenous peoples; and V - environment. The governance of the PPA 2024-2027 aims to achieve the established objectives and goals, especially to guarantee equitable and inclusive access to public policies and their enjoyment by society, and seeks to improve the: I - mechanisms for implementing and integrating public policies; II - criteria for regionalization of public policies, with a view to reducing regional inequalities; III - monitoring, evaluation and review mechanisms of the PPA 2024-2027; and IV - social participation processes in the PPA 2024-2027.
