Abstract
This Law establishes the State Policy to Incentive Retail Trade, which aims to: ensure free enterprise; strengthen retail commerce in all its forms (face-to-face, via the internet or telephone) as well as individual micro-entrepreneurs, in addition to street traders and the self-employed, as long as they are duly registered and authorized by the Public Authorities. The State Policy will meet, in particular, the following guidelines: encourage the updating, consolidation and dissemination of development and credit instruments for retail trade; enable access to information on existing incentives, monetary or otherwise, encouraging the creation of specific credit lines for retail trade in all its forms; encourage the promotion of competitiveness and free enterprise in the development of retail trade; stimulate entrepreneurship and small businesses;
