Law No. 4.373 creating the Multi-Year Plan of the State of Tocantins for 2024-2027 (PPA 2024-2027).

This Law establishes the Multi-Year Plan of the State of Tocantins for the four-year period 2024-2027 (PPA 2024-2027) in compliance with art. 80 of the State Constitution. The PPA 2024-2027 is a government planning instrument that establishes the guidelines, objectives and goals of the State Public Administration for capital expenses, costs and others resulting from them. The PPA 2024-2027 organizes government action into Government programmes, defined for this period, which are expressed in the strategic dimension of the Plan, guided by the following thematic axes: I – health and well-being; II – education, science, technology & innovation; III – security, social assistance and citizenship; IV – productive development, creative economy, employment and income; V – economic and urban infrastructure; VI – public management and governance; VII – environment and climate change; VIII – multisectoral. ​
