Abstract
This Law, consisting of 6 articles, creates the State Agricultural and Livestock Fund (FUNAGRO), linked to the Agrarian Development Secretariat. This Fund is set up to meet the expenses of acquisition and resale of breeding animals, as well as inputs, other materials and equipment, necessary for the promotion of agricultural production aimed at supply. For the purposes of this Law, inputs that are necessary to improve production and productivity of the primary sector are considered inputs.
