Abstract
This Law provides for the creation of the Popular Veterinary Pharmacy in the State of Alagoas. The State Executive Branch is authorized to create and supervise the Popular Veterinary Pharmacy of the State of Alagoas. The Popular Veterinary Pharmacy will be set up by a private pharmaceutical establishment that, through an agreement signed with the State of Alagoas, will sell veterinary medicines for domestic animals directly to the consumer, at prices subsidized by the Government.
