Decree No. 26 of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection validating the Regulation on the modalities of the registration of transactions of alienation and (or) transfer (except for transportation) of waste to another person for uncertain term.

The transactions of alienation and (or) transfer (except for transportation) of waste to another person for uncertain term shall be subject to compulsory registration at the territorial branches of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection. The unregistered transactions shall be declared null land void. The registration shall be carried out for the following purposes: 1) the state supervision in the sphere of waste management; 2) quantification waste subject to alienation or transfer. The contracts of transaction concluded in the written form shall be subject to registration. Annexes 1 and 2 contain the registration forms.
