Abstract
The present Regulations are enacted under the Agriculture and Agri-Food Administrative Monetary Penalties Act. In particular, section 2 of the Act establishes that the contravention against the Pest Control Products Act and its Regulations is a violation that shall be proceeded in accordance with the afore-mentioned Act. The text consists of 16 sections and 3 Schedules.
