Abstract
The present Regulations enforce the Canadian Fisheries Act (R.S.C. 1985, c. F-14). In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to fishing and fisheries in Alberta. The text consists of 38 sections divided into 5 Parts as follows: General provisions (1); Authority to fish (2); Sportfishing (3); Commercial fishing (4); Ticketable offences (5). Nine Schedules are enclosed.
