Abstract
The present List continue in force under the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999. In particular, the List sets out the authorities, bodies or persons to which and whom notice shall be given under subsection 43(3) of the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, as well as the countries to or from which export or import of a hazardous waste is proposed.
