Abstract
With the present Act the Western Canadian grain producers shall have the same freedom to market their crops as their counterparts across the country. The text consists of 57 sections divided into 5 Parts as follows: Operations of the Canadian Wheat Board during preliminary period (1); Voluntary pooling (2); Commercialization of the Canadian Wheat Board (3); Dissolution of the Canadian Wheat Board (4); Repeal of the Canadian Wheat Board (Interim Operations) Act (5).
