Abstract
The present Regulation enacts section 32 of the Environment Quality Act establishing that no one may establish waterworks, a water supply intake or water purification appliances or carry out work respecting sewers or the installation of devices for the treatment of waste water before submitting the plans and specifications to the Minister and obtaining his authorization. In particular, the Regulation applies to waterworks and sewer projects where the owner is a municipality. The text consists of 28 sections divided into 5 Parts as follows: General (I); Projects, apparatus and equipment exempt from the application of section 32 of the Environment Quality Act (II); Year waterworks and sewer plans (III); Special standards for the carrying out of certain work (IV); Miscellaneous (V).
