Abstract
The present Regulation lays down provisions relating to the quality of the atmosphere. In particular, its purpose is to establish ambient air standards and emission standards for particulate matters, vapours and gases, emission opacity standards as well as control measures for the prevention, elimination or reduction of contaminant discharge from stationary sources. The text consists of 27 sections divided into 9 Parts as follows: Interpretation (I); General provisions (II); Ambient air standards (III); Opacity of emission (IV); Emission of organic compounds (V); Emission of odours (VI); Fugitive emissions (VII); Particulate matter general emission standards (VIII); Use of fossil fuels (IX).
