Abstract
The present Regulations enforce the Fisheries Act (R.S.C. 1985, c. F-14). Section 3 establishes that the Regulations apply in respect of fishing in all waters within the Province other than waters to which the National Parks Fishing Regulations apply. The text consists of 9 sections as follows: Interpretation (1); Definition (2); Application (3); Licence to fish (4); Purchase, sale, trade and barter prohibited (4); Conditions of licence (6); Close times (7); Licence to release fish (9). One Schedule is enclosed.
